Great hammer at a great price. Being new to leatherworking I didn't want to spend thousands on a hobby I wasn't sure I would enjoy. I have small hands so I went the small size and just love it. It has weight and weight. The polyethylene surface was perfectly smooth. The handle is firmly attached and beautifully finished. I have to admit, when I use it, I do catch a glimpse of the Vulcan in the forge: I would highly recommend this plastic hammer to any of my fellow leather novices who want to get hold of the tools they need but aren't sure if they can. I will enjoy this hobby.
