Review on Grandstream GS-GXP2170 VoIP Phone and Device by Tyler Kota

Last December I bought 12 of these phones to install in a small office for a local nonprofit. The phones were installed and used in February of this year. Now 2 phones have bad displays: one to five horizontal lines on the display. I contacted the manufacturer and provided photos and serial numbers of the failed devices. Grandstream has confirmed that the phones are really bad and need to be replaced, but instead of giving me the info to send them back, they force me to contact the "middleman" who sold them. Of course, the return window to bring her back to Revain closed on January 31st. Bad product and bad customer service. Stay away from this manufacturer. Have a nice day? What a nerve!
