Low cost SIP option

Used in a free PBX/PBXACT SIP system for several weeks. This phone is better than the Sangoma S705 phones we originally bought. The call quality is better, the speaker is better, and the screen is slightly better. The phone is also more durable than the Sangoma. However, the display is still very difficult to see unless you're looking straight ahead. The phone has a cheap plastic look. Bad Product and Service

Last December I bought 12 of these phones to install in a small office for a local nonprofit. The phones were installed and used in February of this year. Now 2 phones have bad displays: one to five horizontal lines on the display. I contacted the manufacturer and provided photos and serial numbers of the failed devices. Grandstream has confirmed that the phones are really bad and need to be replaced, but instead of giving me the info to send them back, they force me to contact the "middleman"…

Solid phone, great UI, quality feel. Added moderate lag.

I have tested all the IP phones I know from different manufacturers. Cisco has great tech, good voice quality, low latency, but they don't have BLF keys (or very few). Fanvil has great BLF keys to use key sides that work great but the phone has quality issues and clipping. Yealink has some decent phones, but their flagships like the T48g have a lot of audio latency. Note that this is not related to network latency; Every phone takes time to process packets, and some do it MUCH faster. than…
