Review on 💪 Armor A30 Silicon Power 2TB Rugged Portable External Hard Drive - Shockproof USB 3.0 for PC, Mac, Xbox, PS4 (Black) by Jay Ngo

This hard drive worked fine for me for the first few months. Then it stopped. I plugged it in and it appeared on my Mac's desktop, but nothing happened when I opened it. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send it to them. I did and they said I had a bad drive and they would replace it. So they did. Then I got a second one and it didn't work from the start (see video). When I click to do something with it, it just "runs" forever and nothing happens. I contacted support again and they asked me to try a few things. I tried them, they didn't help. I looked at other reviews to see if other customers had similar issues and if they found any solutions. No help there. I also googled for solutions and had no luck. I should note that I tried partitioning this hard drive to create a 1TB Time Machine backup of my Mac and then have 1TB of space to hold the files. I wanted the disc to be liked and I think when I bought it it was called Revain's Choice for the price. It was pretty good to work with the company but I ended up wasting my money and I have a drive that doesn't work :( Would love to get a refund for this but it's probably been too long since I made a purchase .
