I did not expect such a set-up from the Senkhs, and the problem is massive, judging by the reddit. Some people are even sent second-hand in the official store.
Sennheiser support responds for a week, sending it for warranty repair at its own expense (that is, they don’t send a replacement, taking the curves, and you send it yourself, then wait a couple of months, maybe we’ll fix it). For 400 euros you somehow expect better service.
ate: A couple of months after purchase, Senhi ated the app, and through it it was finally possible to ate the firmware, which fixed some problems with the ears. Nevertheless, I do not refuse the words that the service of the Senkhs is disgusting.

Pros

Good sound, comfortable fit on the head (better than M2 AEBT)

Cons

I received a defective version: the firmware is stuck on 3.1.6, and the sound over the cable is very quiet (no, it's not the resistance, I have the previous version of M2 with exactly the same resistance, and everything is fine there). Memory for only two devices, i. E. if you have two computers (work and personal), then you can’t connect the headphone settings application without pairing all the devices again each time. Six months after the purchase, the wire broke (no visual damage, but the sound from one ear periodically disappears). On Momentum M2, exactly the same wire lived in the same conditions for three years.
