Good starter kit, no palette
Great kit for a beginner like me! The brushes are of a good-enough quality, and the paints have strong pigments. The only thing is the paper is low quality, but it’s cheap and fine to start with. Once I go through these I’ll probably switch to Arches per a friend’s recommendation but this is a great set to play around with watercolor for the first time. I only wish that it came with a palette - I had to buy one separately.
- This set is perfect for a beginning water color artist. A great value for the money.
- The set may not be suitable for more advanced artists or professionals, who may prefer higher-quality materials
