Today I finally got to use my pans for my pasta after FINALLY getting my own convection oven. As a professional confectioner I was very disappointed. First use in the oven and my pans have already started to warp in the oven leaving 80% of my pasta crooked. This is after the disappointment of receiving carpets that had quarter-sized circles of pasta painted on them. To be honest I didn't even know people made them so small. Living in New York and going to school, I've never seen her so small. The carpets were perfect too, but the pans are definitely not to be missed. I would post a photo but I can't.
