Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I can say that these thermal onesie underwear are fantastic! The construction of the material keeps me warm and comfortable regardless of how much I exert myself. The contrast design is fun and sporty, fitting in with my other winter gear. However, these may not be suited for extreme sports outdoors as they may not sustain in very cold temperatures. Overall, a great buy for any sports and outdoors person! .
