I bought this on a sale and think it's a great price! However, I didn't do my homework when reading the product specs. I knew the purchase included a monitor stand, but I wanted to use it for my laptop. Obviously from the photos you can see it didn't fit properly as it was about 2 inches too big. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal but then I can't use the phone or tablet holder properly unless I slide the laptop all the way back and then risk dropping the laptop. I would also like to point out that phones and tablets are great ideas and work great, however they work best for devices that don't have a case/protective gear. I have an otter on my phone and a popsocket and it didn't fit well, not strong enough. It is best used with devices that do not have a case/protection mechanism. Unfortunately for me this is a deal breaker as all my devices come with some sort of case. I also don't like that the USB ports are on the front. I prefer the back so the cables don't get in the way. I like that you expand the width and the monitor height looks the same. Overall I still think it's a pretty good product, I just didn't like it but again it was my fault for not reading the description carefully. It is very durable and well built in my opinion.
