I like how you can create your own templates to automate repetitive actions or use them as starting points when new employees join an organization without having too many customizations required from end users (employees). The UI could be improved with some more design elements/color options - it's quite bland compared other products out there today! If this solves one problem well then we are good but if not than move along since they have competition right now so better luck next time around!! Automation workflows which helps us save valuable man hours while ensuring accuracy at all times & reducing risk involved during manual processes.- Security best practices across multiple teams within our org were automated using Workflow rules.
