Liked Amplification. It's twice as loud as my previous Amped phone. The features offered by the phone are diverse and cover many different functions. I am suspicious of giving out my personal information over the phone. I know the subtitle service is NOT hearing me. A few days ago there was an incident that still worries me. I used CapTel Phone 2400i to order the product. I had to provide my credit card number. The seller repeated the number to me. I didn't think it would happen. The subtitler typed in my credit card number. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have disabled signatures. When I had completed my business transaction, I called CapTel Support. Did the support person tell me that the subtitling service is instructed to respect our privacy and that it is monitored? Federal Communications Commission. I DO NOT KNOW if the closed captioning service keeps a record of their closed captioned calls.
