Review on πŸͺ‘ Gaiam Kids Balance Ball Chair: Innovative Seating Solution for Active Students in Classrooms by Joel Norfork

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Follow the instructions and it works!

I was nervous when I saw pictures and negative reviews that the ball is too small. However, as other reviewers have pointed out, busting the ball is a process. I didn't even wait an hour. I blew it I waited 15 minutes. I deflated it a little, inflated it again (it got bigger). Repeated the process after another 15 minutes and BAM, the ball was life size as in the photos! Quality seems good, the wheels were very easy to fit, just pop right into the holes and you're done! My son is 8 years old and a little short for his age (about 49 inches tall). His desk is 25 inches high from the floor to the end of the table (where he can punch you in the thighs) and I'd say this chair is fine. I wish it was about 2 inches taller but like I said I think it will be fine. I'm curious about the adult size but from the measurements it looks like it's too big. I wish they were an in-between size. In terms of stability, he's been using it for a few hours now and it hasn't dropped or anything. He moves a great deal and is restless, and the chair does not appear to be a hindrance or bother to him. He was simply enthusiastic about the work chair with the "bouncy ball"!
