This lasted approximately 4 uses before the probe insulation failed causing liquid break through and sensor failure. I tried splicing in the repair, there is no joy. waste of money. Very weak wiring and sensor isolation. There are no spare parts. I am adding this article to my growing list of poorly made thermometers. How difficult is it to make a waterproof probe that will last more than 6 months? Entrepreneur, this is your niche.
