We love the flexibility of the enclosure systems. We actually bought 2. We use 4 bay pens only when Yorkshire puppies are small with a plastic hydroponic box as the sleeping bed. As the puppy grows, we expand the pens. Once they become mobile, at about 3 weeks, they usually stick their heads through the holes in the pen liners. Some squeeze in and run away. To prevent this we have added a plastic protector to the bottom half of the panels (see image). We see that adult Yorkies will pop out. We use a closed box when we need to corral them or cover the paddock.
