I bought this lightbox tracer. I traced several embroidery designs and kept them for several months. I have put it in its case and the original box it came in, it has been stored flat in a dry safe place! I used it this morning and it won't do anything but blink. Lightbox cannot be switched on! I unplugged it, plugged it into a different outlet, etc. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! This is outside the return window but should last longer than a use or two! What a waste of $50! Tried to find a number to call. Yes, you guessed it, contact CHINA! Piece of shit!
