Review on SmartCAD by Mark Walsh

The best part about Smart CAD was being able to see my schedule as well. There could be better communication with employees in different states so that we knew where our calls would come from/ go too next if they're needed elsewhere. I love how easy it made scheduling shifts when out of town because this also allowed me to check off all my jobs completed which kept track of overtime, call outs etc., Smart CAD was great! And most importantly it got rid of emailing back n forth between people who may not have had access at times due to them working remotely or just forgetting sometimes haha. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. The mobile app is very convenient. I would like to see a way to track when you last updated all your reports. This is a great program! Not much to dislike about it but maybe I did not find something that was working for me yet. We are able to get more information in real time than any other dispatch system we have used.
