A Great System To Use For County Departments

SmartCAD is a great system for use in our county. I have used it in a previous job and it was a great system to use. I like that it is a great system to get the information you need in a quick fashion. The system does have some glitches that you can work around, but it is a great program. It is easy to use and get information. I have used other programs and this one is great. I have not found anything I do not like but there is nothing I do like. Great customer service & quick response

The best part about Smart CAD was being able to see my schedule as well. There could be better communication with employees in different states so that we knew where our calls would come from/ go too next if they're needed elsewhere. I love how easy it made scheduling shifts when out of town because this also allowed me to check off all my jobs completed which kept track of overtime, call outs etc., Smart CAD was great! And most importantly it got rid of emailing back n forth between people who

SmartCAD - Great resource at your fingertips

I really like the software because it is easy to use and very user friendly. We are able to quickly solve dispatcher issues and it cuts down on the time it takes for dispatch to get a police officer out to a call. The only problem I have is that if an officer leaves the phone on speaker and someone picks it up, you cannot figure out which call it was that the officer was on, or who they were talking to. I also wish there was a way to keep an eye on open calls (in which we are not able to…
