The packaging says the strainer is made in China. But am I paying the same high price as All Clad USA products?

I've noticed a disappointing general trend that more and more All Clad products are being made in China. Somehow I feel like I'm paying a "Made in USA" price for products that All Clad shipped overseas for production. Yes, the fit and build quality of this screen is high (as is my expectation for All Clad products) but I'm curious about the material content: ie asking if the 18/10 stainless steel construction matches the product description. Is it really the same composition as high quality 18/10 stainless steel All Clad products made in the USA? Line.
