I can understand why so many of these have been returned unused. Appearance is not as good as it should be. Many documents also look cheap. I'm not sure if he really has a rating of over £220. I got a 'used' ladder because the shipping was MUCH faster and it arrived very quickly. This is not a professional quality tool. Just something you will use around the house from time to time. It's good for what you pay for it, but it doesn't feel as sturdy. I'm 65 and 250 pounds so I have to be careful. I can't jump like I used to when I get into trouble. I'm not sure if I want to use the top rung. It could be better for a good work shelf. If you have something to hold on to other than this ladder, maybe you can hold it strong. The bars holding up the front of the steps are much longer than they should be. Maybe it's okay if your weight is closer to the back of the step. My son broke his arm while folding the garden chair, so you have to be very careful with such folding items. Although clearly much better built than a cheap sun lounger. Maybe I could give this a good rating, but no higher.
