Review on NurseGrid Manager by Carlos Alston

The ability for me as an RN at this facility has been greatly enhanced with NGM! I have had no issues using it since we started implementation almost 2 years ago now (we are still working through some minor kinks). It makes my job so much easier!! Nothing really - just be patient when you get used too its quirks/bugs etc., but nothing major either way.- Make sure your system admins know how powerful they can make things if given full access without proper training or setup; otherwise there will always come hiccups along w time which isn't necessarily bad unless something needs fixed right away & not able t address due lack o support from admin team member(which happens often enough).
