The fact that is a very complex product and has a lot of features that aren't needed. It is very expensive and the monthly cost is very high. I think it is a great product, but you have to know what you are looking for. BrightCalendar allows you to accept online bookings directly from your website while giving you the tools you need to efficiently manage your business at a price that you can afford. I think it is a great product. It is a great solution for small businesses that don't have a lot of time and resources to manage their own calendar.
