Well it was easy to install and seemed to work great then it happened. This damn thing flipped automatically at about 11 mph and no one knew about it. Finally I noticed his movement and stopped the boat. We were at 57ft so it took a lot of line and the boat stopped before all the line was pulled out and hooked. This has happened before, but we thought maybe someone had pushed an extra button on the dash. as a result, the anchor cable became tangled in the support. We had to drop the anchor, goodbye, and luckily we had a trolling motor to get to the nearest shore, get off the boat and untie the rope around the pole. but if we didn't have a troll, we'd drift off. MY ADVICE: Install an extra power switch (which I plan to do after getting a new coil as it ruined the coil in the car) so you can turn it off when needed. so hopefully we can fix the &*(^ -ing thing. ps. Half the time the auto mount doesn't work. Better use up and down, see if I can disable that too, maybe cut the wire? POS
