After reading a multitude of positive review on this, I felt it would be the perfect addition to our bathroom remodel. After already purchasing KES shower hooks, towel racks and other bathroom hardware, it only felt right to purchase the faucet as well. All of those hardware items felt sturdy and well made.but not the faucet. We ordered two for our double vanity and bot has bad quality control issues. The first one had a spout that was crooked and leaning which was clearly noticeable. The second arrived in similar shape, only this time, it was the hot water handle that was crooked. I believe the solder job underneath was the culprit. Needless to say, both are being returned. We are now forced to buy another brand with the hopes that the "brushed brass" look will fit in with our other KES hardware. Total bummer.
