I knew this wasn't going to be the best rug in town, but the material is listed as one ingredient: wool. NOPE! I own wool and silk rugs and know what wool looks and feels like. This material is shiny just like the synthetic material on my fluffy faux fur backrest pillow from Bed Bath Beyond. Wool is not sparkly and shiny like faux fur. I feel like this is blatant fraud on the part of the manufacturer/seller. These prices are highly inflated for what you actually get. I can get a handmade rug of natural fibers made in Turkey off Wayfair for the same price I paid for this. And Wayfair has unbeatable customer service. If what you bought on Wayfair sucks, they let you keep the item AND they refund you. This rug was sent in a space bag, so sending it back you will absolutely need a big box that won't fit in the UPS drop box. SAVE yourself some time and just buy from an honest American company like Bed Bath Beyond or Wayfair and skip this Chinese fraud of a company who gets irritated when you call them out on their fraud. I mentioned to the seller via Best Buy's bot system that the rug is NOT made of wool and the seller demanded a screenshot from me! I can't believe he doesn't even know how his crappy products are advertised, or maybe he's just playing dumb.
