I have three cats, two of which have lived at home since birth. We recently moved into a new house with a large yard and thought this would be a great way to get them outside without having to worry about them flying away. Finding the right size is quite difficult. I ordered three large ones because they are all around two years old and to be honest I have no idea how to tell a cat's size. I figured if they were too big I could probably just wrap them a little smaller with the velcro. Looking back I should have gotten two medium and one small. The Velcro has reduced the size of the strap somewhat, but it was still relatively uncomfortable - not because of how the product was made, but because I didn't have a sense of size. Regardless of the size, it still did its job perfectly. The cats were cozy and safe except on one occasion when the smallest of the cats managed to sneak right through his harness. I am sure if I had had it in a small size this would not have happened. The straps were very easy to put on which came as a big surprise considering previous attempts to wear one of them. The front legs and legs slide easily into the holes and the strap easily wraps around to secure them. There are two loops to which you can attach a leash. I really like that he actually came with linen. All harnesses and lines have even stitching and look like a quality product. The fabric is comfortable and durable. Although cats aren't particularly fond of wearing them, they still enjoy being safe outdoors. I wish there was a way to adjust the suspension further, but this works very well for our outdoor playtime. If I really feel the need to go down a size I will happily buy this brand again!
