The band is good quality, I wish it was a little heavier, maybe in a metal case.

I needed a compact tape measure with over 1/2 inch wide face and easy to read numbers, this is the best I can find. or craft tapes. They feel too light for my hand, meaning cheap or flimsy, but I have no real complaints. It's hard to explain and I'll probably get used to it.
