Works great for extending Wi-Fi outside of a metal building.
I have a tp-link c 2300 router in a metal case. My wireless outdoor camera had poor signal reception. I installed this mini antenna on an outside wall and drilled a 1/2" hole in the wall. I ran the wire through the hole to the center antenna on my router which has 3 antennas. Even without rebooting the router the signal increased and problems with the connection to the wifi disappeared immediately.No complaints.
