Update: I contacted the manufacturer to let them know about the problem and they were very helpful and polite in solving the problem. I encountered a logistical problem. To ensure full transparency, I've kept the original review text below, but have upgraded it from 1 to 3 stars based on the support I've received. The stand is honestly pretty good but the height mismatch was a head turner for me based on containers I use for water that won't fit under the spout (they would fit perfectly in a real 10" coaster) . Notice to anyone who sees this review in the future. The item's description may have been changed to reflect the correct height, however it was listed as 10" tall when purchased. The original text is based on my initial disappointment when receiving the stand: it could have been a decent stand if they hadn't been included with the merchandise. Description and photos! The stand we received was only 8" tall instead of 10".
