These instruments are expensive but very good. I got a new grill and wanted new tools, so I threw away my old wooden handle tools and bought a bright set with lights on the handle for about $20. They were terrible! The metal handles got too hot to touch in the sun. The pliers weren't widened at the ends so they didn't work properly and there were many other things wrong. I decided to go to the other end of the spectrum and got her. The handles are made of wood, so they don't heat up in the sun. The handles are also triangular for good tool control. Everything works, well finished (very well finished) and made of thicker steel. This is the Rolls Royce of BBQ tools.
