I am very happy with this purchase. I had to replace the stock muffler in a suburban 2001 due to a leak a few years ago. It was then that I decided it would be a good idea to switch to a performance muffler. I've looked at both this and a similar Magnaflow. For some reason I originally got Magnaflow. It was intended for use with SUVs and had no resonance. At the end he was mumbling and echoing so internally that I handed him back. That doesn't mean it's bad relative to Magnaflow, it just didn't help me. I decided to brew the leak and just use the old stock, knowing that the leak would eventually start again due to the location. Of course it did and this time I bought the Flow Master 70 SUV cautiously, assuming that I would have the same problems, but luckily it's perfect. A little louder inside than series. It has a real Flow Master rumble and sounds great at idle and on acceleration. My wife barely noticed the difference inside so this is a serious test. Very happy with this silencer.
