Review on JaniTime by Reid Rickerson

I like how it gives me information about what my workers are doing at specific times of day as well as giving alerts for when they should be there or not. Sometimes this doesn't seem to update properly so sometimes my worker will work overtime hours with no notification until after he has already logged into his account showing the time worked! This helps us keep track of our employee's attendance, but also lets them know exactly where their schedule stands throughout the week/month. It really makes life easier by seeing if someone can make an extra trip without having to call each one individually. We have had nothing dislike thus far. Our customer service team was very helpful answering any questions we may have. They helped train several people who came onboard new features which made things much better than prior software versions. You do need some understanding of how to use different functions within the program in order to most effectively utilize everything available through JT. Having proper training from our Customer Support Team is imperative because some aspects such as entering data takes quite awhile The software is easy to use and has a lot of features. The customer service is also very responsive. I have not been able to find any issues with the software. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for a good janitorial management software. It allows me to keep track of all of my employees and the work they are doing. The software also helps me keep track of all of my clients.
