Review on Globe Electric Memphis 2 Light Ceiling by Brittany Moore

I like the look of the light but the finish is very poor. According to the description, it has 5 panes of glass. According to the answers to the questions, some people get 4 panes of glass on the sides and 1 pane of glass on the bottom, while others only get panes on the sides with an open bottom. I was hoping to get one with the bottom plate open, although I figured I'd just remove the bottom plate. I don't think many people want a ladder and screwdriver to remove the frame and glass panels to change the bulb when they can just reach the fixture to change it. I received one with a baseplate, unfortunately I didn't see any reviews for the Black Glue. There are tabs on the frame to hold the glass panels in place, but some ass figured it would be a good idea to put big blobs of black glue on the tabs. The photos shown on Revain clearly show no burrs or drips of glue. hot glue gun and removed most of it. I was then able to bend the tabs to remove the bottom panel, but the bottom panel could not be removed. breaking glass. With disassembly, adhesive removal, glass breakage, cleaning and reassembly, it took 3 hours to fix 2 lamps as they were supposed to come in the box.
