Review on Mulberry Scarf Vimate Womans Package by Sarah Mohamed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very beautiful, pure silk.

I have 6 of your solid color long scarves (70 inches) and they are all absolutely wonderfully silky. false premise, full of disinformation. As far as I know, such tests don't actually burn the silk fiber, but rather a finishing chemical that is used to give various fabrics their perfect, completely new look. Removal may require multiple washings. In addition, the thread used to sew the seams may not be of the same density or weight as the product, so the seams and loose threads cannot be expected to perform like the finished product as a whole . Proving or disproving that it is 100% pure mulberry silk makes no sense either. I would probably throw a tantrum if the fabric did NOT stay colorfast. Special technologies and silk dyes are used for color fastness, and there is also the problem of finishing chemicals to deal with. To burn or dye test silk, try buying it in rolls at a fabric store rather than ready-made pieces like scarves. it cannot be said that counterfeit silk products are not sold; especially polyester. But sometimes I think it's a mistake when non-English sellers try to describe products the way they think English speakers, especially Americans, describe things to one another, i.e. the feeling of silk or silky satin (my pet annoys) . In these cases, kind words to the seller can correct this honest mistake. On the other hand, I don't know how we can do anything about the many trolls who swear by authentic products just because of the country of origin. I wish we could solve this crap. I love silk and am glad there is so much variety and value here.
