I love Mueller kitchenware so it's not my first time using any of them. Never disappointed. However, this is the first time I've ever received a spiralizer. I've never used it, although I've always wanted to because I love zoodles - zucchini noodles. So I have no idea how to build and use it. I opened the box and was a little confused, but once I figured out (with the help of the instructions) where the various parts of the spiralizer were 'hiding', everything else was easy. Be careful: there are many sharp parts here, so make sure children do not have access to this item. And one more thing: Clean the spiralizer and the blades immediately after use. Because the vegetables stick to it, you have a lot of trouble peeling it (and, as I said, everything is sharp). Use a dish brush to keep your hands off the blades.
