I buy this product from Revain because I immediately opened it, cleaned it and read the instructions. This product is really great! Definitely compact and easy to change blades and once you set it up it's very easy to do again. All blades cut great, but be sure to buy skewers! All blades work with a skewer and if you want to cut something long and straight you definitely need a skewer. If you don't have skewers all you have to do is cut your food smaller and we even used the metal skewer that came with it, although it's not designed for that.
