I ordered this spiralizer to try making the zucchini noodles we love so much in poke cups and try them as a paste. I ordered this one because it had a German name and I figured it would probably be well made. That. Had to spend time to assemble the first time. I thought I lost the pick but it was glued to the bottom. There are graphical instructions that are relatively easy to follow. Once you assemble it, it is very easy to use. Building in the future will be easier now that I've done it once. What I also like is that it's easy to disassemble, wash and store, all of which comes back compact in the box. It took about a minute for each zucchini. It takes a little strength; You twist the handle with one hand and squeeze the trigger with the other hand (it can be made to use both hands). The suction cups really hold the counter. It didn't cost much. I think it's good value for money, easy, fun and I love the end product.
