This product is really great! Definitely compact and easy to change blades and once you set it up it's very easy to do again. All blades cut great, but be sure to buy skewers! All blades work with a skewer and if you want to cut something long and straight you definitely need a skewer. If you don't have skewers all you have to do is cut your food smaller and we even used the metal skewer that came with it, although it's not designed for that. This works in a pinch, you just have to cut the food smaller to fit on the metal skewer provided. What I didn't like is that sometimes the food doesn't make it to the plate and falls on the counter. I'll try the bowl next time and see if it works better. The cleaning is good but you have to make sure you have every nook and cranny as the liquid from the cut food gets everywhere and there are plenty of places it can go without you noticing. The suction cups work great on my countertop, but when they don't I just wet them to make them stick. Also, don't cut the "cigarette butts" off your food as there will be a little left over to minimize waste. Roller chopper works great! I couldn't get it rolling on the counter because it was too smooth, but making it by hand was easy. I wasn't able to remove the green lid from the gray lid with a spoon as shown in the instructions, but I don't think it needs to be removed for cleaning as it's one piece.
