Fits the description completely, very satisfying.
Definitely worth your money. Comes with regular wheels, plugs bought separately. Its pros: Design, stylish greetings from the 60s-70s. Nice upholstery material Cons: The connections are a little loose. Loud piston clatter when getting up from a chair.
