I have worked with them for over two years now at my previous employer (as an account manager). They provide really good customer service - they get back in touch within hours of receiving your request! And best part is that their rates aren't high compared to other agencies out there so you can afford it even if this initial engagement isn’t fully utilized or leads don't materialize as expected/planned initially. Their turnaround time was usually pretty quick which made things easy when needed. My only issue here could be lack of specific expertise areas but overall experience has been great thus far.
