Review on ClearRisk by Michael Keitt

The product is very intuitive, well organized, and easy to navigate. It can take some time getting used to the product and how it works. There are some aspects of the software that could be improved for customers who are new to the system. Also, ClearRisk has not been around since 2011 so there are many features missing compared to other products on the market. But overall, I like ClearRisk. It's a simple, yet powerful tool that does what it says - helps you get your incident management or claims management system in order! We've been able to reduce our overall response times and improve our documentation.
