I bought this set mainly for mini spoons. I was looking for a high quality set with actual figures: 1/64 TL, 1/32 TL, 1/16 TL, .... Fancy "old Taimei" names mean nothing to me. There were only a few sets in stock that had pictures with numbers but they looked like cheap aluminum and what was worse after asking the sellers I found out that the real ones they sent had no numbers at all had. Excuse me? After four inquiries to this seller, Wheeldon, I was able to confirm that these spoons are 18/0 stainless steel and that the numbers are on the mini spoons. I received the order within a day and was impressed with the quality. All spoons are made of stamped magnetic stainless steel. The numbers on the mini spoons are stamped deep enough and clear to ensure maximum legibility. Cheap other sellers have very small, barely readable numbers, if any. The color coded plastic stickers on the large spoons are ok and the numbers are big and contrast well with the colors but after the first wash in the dishwasher they are already fading a bit as others have pointed out. I won't do it again. The magnets are strong but not so strong that they are difficult to separate. I spread out the spoons in a fan to make it easier to find the right size. The mini spoons come with a split ring, making them difficult to separate. The shells snap together and require a fingernail to separate. So I added little magnets to them to be as convenient as the big spoons. See pictures for details.
