NO Current Converter or Isolation Transformer

This is a heavy duty and robust voltage converter (also known as an 'autotransformer') for converting 110 VAC to 220 VAC or vice versa. ATTENTION! Since it is an autotransformer, there is no galvanic isolation between input and output. This type of transformer is excellent for using electronic equipment rated for Europe (220 VAC) to USA (110 VAC) or vice versa. I do not recommend using it on hair. Dryers, heaters, irons, hair curlers, or anything with a large electric heater because that's overkill.
