Well for a month it's great that the glasses DO NOT fog up when wearing a mask! I've found that placing the foam just below the very edge of the mask works best. They also make the mask more comfortable as they act as a cushion between the nose and the mask. I can't believe this solution has NEVER turned up in a google search. Sprays don't work; They do. My friend had surgery and he asked one of the nurses how she keeps her glasses from fogging up with a mask and she showed us her mask with the foam strip attached. These are better as they can be attached to any mask. Absolutely worth every penny.
