Since I'm using this on my laptop without a CD drive, I had to download the latest driver from the Gofanco website. Note: USB3HDMI product if asked. When I found out their website didn't support Firefox, only Windows Edge or Explorer, booting was quick, installation was mostly automatic (a few confirm buttons), a USB and HDMI cable connected, and voila, a laptop screen. was mirrored on an external monitor. Windows 10's display options changed from what I expected, but as soon as I clicked "Browse for monitors" I selected "Advanced" and I had two monitors! Not sure if I plugged it into a USB3 or USB2 port, but watching youtube videos through the box was fine. I have yet to connect anything to my dual monitors but so far this is a great adapter at a reasonable price. Designed in the USA, made (like everything else) in China. Well packaged, instructions in English. The only potential downside I can think of right now is that I wish the USB cable was a bit longer so I could hide the box behind my laptop, but that's mostly because my USB ports are front-facing are computers. Highly recommended.
