Bad experience best with traditional laptops

I bought this laptop and it became unusable about a week after I took it out of the box. All I've been using the laptop for is work at school and the browser has started clearing my typing and all desktop icons have blinked/frozen. I contacted the seller and he sent me a link to a youtube video to fix the problem which I had already been looking for unsuccessfully myself. I also had to work with Revain to get a refund as the seller was unhelpful. Save time and go to Best Buy.
