After reading the reviews I had high hopes for this camera but there was no way I could get it to work. The picture was clear...unless I wanted to be in it. The white balance/brightness on the camera is automatic and incorrect. There is no way to change this. Even with the ring light off, it was too bright on my face and wiped out the color. I needed it to work at my desk and to call Zoom, but when I wasn't sitting in the dark and there was nothing on my monitor, it looked like an attached image. I'll return it tomorrow.
