Seriously. I used to pay double the price for these things at my local RadioShack store and it was still worth it. It's great to have a roll of this even if you don't desolder much - it can be a lifesaver if you mess up soldering and bridging connections or something. You can also reuse it when you need to make a high current wick. It's really hard to describe how much better this wick is than the generic unnamed stuff you can buy at an electronics store. You really should try it yourself. It takes something that can be very frustrating and tiring, and it's a pleasure to watch him soak up solder the way a paper towel soaks up water. It absorbs so well that I can usually dry the through hole completely, while other wicks I've used sometimes don't get all of the solder out of the hole. Highly recommended.
