I have two of these at home, neither of which work. The first device I received had a crack in the water tank. It was duly replaced. After about 3 months, this one stopped making espresso properly. No flow, just drip, drip, drip and then you can't remove the espresso cup as it behaves like a vacuum and is not easy to remove. Contacted Conair for warranty. In short, they sent a new one. They want me to pay to ship the old unit back PLUS a $10 check to cover postage to ship the unit. Meanwhile, the new one they sent doesn't work either. He has the same problem as the old man. It's @ a month later and I just don't know what or how to deal with it. I just want my money back because this car literally stinks.
