I put the rack together in 30 minutes.Ot comes with a perfect set of instructions.The box was well packed to endure the week long trip.It was well worth the wait. Since gyms are closed this rack was perfect. The width is adjustable and the height to adjustable.I am sure it can hold 400 or 500lbs but I only use that much for legs press.This rack is suitable for small space or a separate part of a bigger home gym.This is the 2nd item that I have purchased from this company and they are highly recommended.Their products are easy to assembled and I never have to wonder if they are going to deliver.100%
