This item is great. If you're a cyclist and you have a 920XT watch (which still stands as one of the best, albeit ugliest, bike watches), just buy it. You have no idea what you're missing out on if you try to look at your wrist instead of the stem. Garmin's signature rubber straps are fully sketched, but the point is, they work and they're built to last. As other reviewers have pointed out, the quick release adapter that attaches to the back of the watch makes it slightly smaller than the Empire. Government buildings if you go for a run and wear it like a watch. Seriously, who actually wears the 920XT in public every day? This is only recommended if you have taken a vow of celibacy.
